Are you interested in helping out with the largest Philadelphia Flyers community on the web? We’re looking for contribution in a variety of areas.

Flyers Nation has been running off typically around 2-3 people for the past half decade of existence and I don’t think we can keep up anymore.

Most importantly, we’re seeking help with maintaining our social media platforms, especially on gamedays. Prior experience in live tweeting/posting with a sports centered account would be preferred. This requires a deep knowledge of Flyers hockey (obviously), knowing how to GIF and being quick witted adds as a bonus.

Besides being social media savvy, we’re pursuing multiple people to help us reboot our almost defunct website with articles involving Flyers news, rumors, analysis, etc. This would give you a chance to have your writing seen by thousands of people.

I would like to note that none of these positions are paid, but strictly as a way to have fun with us and interact with a hundred thousand follows and likes daily, and to help grow your experience being a social media manager and sports writer.

If you’re interested, feel free to email me (sdcobourn@yahoo.com) with your name, Twitter handle, what you’re willing to help out with, and why you think you should be able to. Thank you for your time.
