Carter Hart is set to go professional.
The elite goaltending prospect is currently attending the Flyers’ 2018 Development Camp after a sensational final junior season in the WHL with the Everett Silvertips.
While the Flyers currently have a goaltending tandem of Brian Elliott and Michal Neuvirth, in addition to Alex Lyon knocking on the door, it’s clear Hart hopes to make an impact sooner rather than later.

Photos have surfaced of the first two goalie masks of Hart’s professional career.
The first is an AHL design for the Phantoms. It’s very likely Hart begins the 2018-19 season in Lehigh Valley sporting this design:
In the event Hart does make the big club, his first Flyers mask has also been designed:
Each side of his Flyers mask features a statue of George Washington, with one side reading, “Freedom Is A Light Which Many Men Have Died In Darkness,” — a tribute to the Tomb of the Unknown Revolutionary War Soldier that can be found in Washington Square, Philadelphia.
It remains to be seen which mask Hart will be wearing to start the 2018-19 season, but either way, he’ll be looking sharp.
