The last remaining RFA on the Flyers has signed with the team.
The Flyers have re-signed defenseman Robert Hagg to a two-year deal worth $2.3M. It carries an AAV of $1.15M.
The 23-year-old Swedish blueliner made his NHL debut in Philadelphia last season, appearing in 70 games in which he led the league in hits, averaged 18:08 of ice time and recorded nine points (three goals).
Hagg was selected 41st overall by the Flyers in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft. He was the 8th ranked European skater on NHL Central Scouting’s final rankings.
Before joining the Flyers, Hagg spent four years in the AHL with the Phantoms, recording 16 goals, 50 points and 142 PIM in 202 regular-season games.
